Position Summary – Chef de Partie (Breakfast) As a Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of the breakfast section, delivering high-quality dishes and a smooth, efficient morning service. This role is ideal for a motivated chef with strong leadership skills, a passion for breakfast cuisine, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional food quality and hygiene standards while setting a positive tone for the kitchen each day.
