With the owners experience spanning across some of the countrys top kitchens even working alongside the likes of Marcus Wareing as an experienced Chef, you are sure to take your skills and culinary wonders, to the next level.
You will be rewarded with great working conditions, a 4-day working week and on the job training by a talented chef who has worked in Michelin restaurants all over the world.
What we need from you as an experienced Chef:
* Experience working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a Rosette or Michelin star kitchen
* Experience supporting a small team of kitchen staff
* Can run a section in the kitchen, efficiently
* Committed and able to work as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Hold a UK Driving Licence
What the role involves:
* Support junior members of the kitchen team
* Running your own section in the kitchen
* Always keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
* Be responsible for adhering to Food Hygiene and Food Safety guidelines
* Maintaining the high standards of working
Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 per year, depending on your level of experience, plus Tronc £4,000.
Hours: Working Thursday to Sunday. 50-55 hours per week.
