About the Role
Youll be the go-to expert for customers looking for high-quality air conditioning solutions. This role blends technical knowledge with sales skills youll meet with clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions that deliver on performance and efficiency. With a company van or car allowance provided, youll be out meeting customers across the region, building strong partnerships and spotting opportunities for new business.

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm
* No weekends
* £36,000 £40,000 DOE + £12,000 commission per annum
* 31 days holiday (increasing with service)
* Company van or car allowance, PPE, uniform, laptop, and private healthcare provided
Key Duties
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
* Prepare and present quotes and proposals
* Achieve and exceed sales targets
* Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery
* Identify new business opportunities within the region
Key Requirements
* Proven sales experience in the HVAC, air conditioning, or a related trade sector
* Strong technical background with the ability to explain solutions clearly
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
