What you'll do
You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliant people policies aligned with legislative requirements and our business and people strategy. Your role involves collaborating across teams to create and maintain a comprehensive policy framework, identifying and mitigating policy risks, and ensuring policies support positive employee experiences and business objectives. You will act as a policy expert, working closely with stakeholders to simplify policies, monitor external trends, and recommend responsive actions.
Who you are
You are an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of people policies, employment law, and ER. You possess excellent communication and analytical skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders up to Director level and develop strategic policies. You are proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively to ensure legal compliance and organizational effectiveness.
