I'm delighted to be partnering with a global business on the search for a HR Analyst - a newly created role that will shape how data and insight drive people decisions across the organisation.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves people analytics, workforce planning and all things data, with the scope to make a real impact across operations.
The Role
You'll partner with leaders across HR, Finance and Operations to:
* Analyse workforce data and trends to forecast future staffing needs.
* Design and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
* Build and optimise workforce schedules to ensure efficiency and balance across teams.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve productivity, engagement and overall people performance.
* Collaborate with leaders on key business projects, ensuring data is translated into clear, actionable strategies.
About You
* Strong experience in HR data analysis, workforce planning or similar analytical roles.
* Excellent Excel skills (Power BI, SQL or Tableau experience a plus).
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear insight.
* Great communication skills - comfortable influencing and presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple projects.
