What you’ll be doing Carrying out assurance and compliance monitoring across various business areas. Conducting investigations into incidents, insurance claims, and safety breaches. Supporting managers with compliance advice and risk mitigation strategies. Managing branch, supplier, and contractor audits. Analysing compliance data to identify trends and drive improvements. Working closely with management to raise and maintain compliance standards. Engaging with external bodies and following up enforcement actions when required. The person we are looking for Experienced in auditing and compliance across diverse risk areas. Skilled in investigations and root cause analysis. Self-motivated and confident working independently in a field-based role. A clear and diplomatic communicator, able to work effectively at all levels. Analytical, with a keen eye for data trends and opportunities to improve. Holds a valid UK driving licence.
