We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties
* Assist in the preparation of meals and food items according to established recipes and standards.
* Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen operations.
* Support the cooking team by preparing ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling dishes.
* Ensure that the kitchen area is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service periods.
* Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
* Familiarity with meal preparation, food preparation techniques, and culinary practices is beneficial.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is preferred.
* A passion for cooking and a willingness to help others within the team are essential qualities for success in this role.
