Due to relocation, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. You’ll provide efficiency and excellence across all data requirements for our services in Kirklees. Managing the requirements of a portfolio of contracts, the Senior Data Analyst will ensure the collection, collation, input, recording, analysis and reporting of data is performed to the highest standard. You’ll also provide expert advice, support and analysis to a range of stakeholders, including Services Manager, Senior Leadership Team, colleagues, subcontractors and Commissioners. About the role : Responsible for ensuring all data requirements are met for a portfolio of contracts Ensure data processes and systems are efficient, effective and meet the needs of all stakeholders. Recognise and understand key performance indicators and compile regular data quality and performance reports to respective teams Conduct data analysis to discover useful insight and valuable information and provide creative suggestions to make changes in service delivery and across the region and organisation Undertake data analysis to ensure activity, performance and all other reporting needs are met Interpret and make use of internal and external reports and ensure activity is appropriately reflected Ensure data submissions, such as NDTMS or Social Value Portal, are completed ahead of schedule and to the quality required. Work closely with the Services Manager to align operational and data requirements, ensuring the integration of data systems Provide expert guidance on specialisms such as the use of the case management system, NDTMS, DIP, safeguarding, prescribing, family services and other thematic groups Provide expert advice and be a primary point of contact for data related matters for a range of stakeholders Design and deliver training, both formal and informal, to a range of stakeholders and new starters About you: Educated to A-Level or equivalent Highly IT literate with Advanced Excel skills Advanced knowledge of the NDTMS and DIP data processes. Experience of undertaking data analysis and translating this into accurate and clear reports for a wide variety of audiences. Ability to manipulate large and complex datasets Understand database architecture to utilise exported data Experience of front-end database administration Experience of delivering training to a range of stakeholders and produce training materials on a range of platforms Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and produce high quality outputs Attention to detail What we will give to you: 25 days holiday ( bank holidays) rising anually for first five years.
