Role Overview - What is it?
The Junior Maintenance Coordinator will support the functions carried out by the Maintenance Coordinators, as well as be responsible for answering and making calls necessary to manage the maintenance function.
You will learn how the department operates and spend time working with different property portfolios ensuring that you are fully aware of every aspect of the Maintenance Coordinators roles and responsibilities.
Main Duties - What needs to be done?
* Move out reports- identifying tasks and raising actions
* Move out prep reports - preparing work sheets for field staff
* Checking Ready for Occupation Reports
* General Enquiries- Internal and External Stakeholders
* Speaking to Agents/Landlords/External Contractors
* Sourcing and Collating 3rd Party Directory
* Reactive Maintenance (Landlord/Agent Responsibility)
* Overflow from Call Handlers
* Add jobs to Maintenance software
* Keep all notes up to date on relevant systems
* Significant works orders- completion of forms
