Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee integrated projects within our agency, primarily focusing on our key client in the beauty sector. Your role involves ensuring seamless project execution from initial briefings to final asset delivery, managing complex project landscapes, and guiding cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on a global, integrated account, with hands-on experience in TV/video, offline (KVs & print), digital, social, influencer marketing, and line management. This is a truly integrated account.
Main areas of focus for the Senior Project Manager:
* Build strong relationships with project teams and serve as the central hub for projects.
* Lead and nurture high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
* Manage diverse stakeholders, including clients, team members, senior management, and external partners.
* Coordinate with global network agencies to ensure timely and within-scope delivery, flagging concerns proactively.

Day-to-Day Project Management
* Manage schedules across multiple channels, ensuring scope, timing, and budget adherence.
* Create and maintain detailed project plans from pre-brief to delivery.
* Own resource bookings, communicate potential issues, and manage documentation standards.
* Utilize project management tools effectively for planning, tracking, and collaboration.
* Lead project status calls confidently, working with the Head of Operations and PMO Lead to resolve issues.
Problem Solving & Decision Making
* Manage crises efficiently, make informed decisions under pressure, and proactively mitigate risks.
* Implement quality assurance protocols and continuously improve workflows.
Commercial Acumen
* Understand client remuneration and commercial models, monitor project finances, and forecast accurately.
* Develop knowledge of estimation processes, resource planning, and revenue recognition.
* Manage budgets for global network agencies and communicate scope changes clearly.
* Participate in finance meetings, report on project health, and suggest reporting improvements.
* Maintain high standards in documentation, costings, and briefs.
