£50,000 to £55,000 plus Benefits Loughborough, Leicestershire (Hybrid 3 Office 2 Home) ABPM are supporting a growing SME IT business to recruit a Finance Manager. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for the entire finance function, overseeing all the day-to-day finance operations. Ensuring Performance insight, contributing to business strategy and delivering robust financial reporting. An insight into your responsibilities: Ownership of the day-to-day finance activities. Prepare monthly management accounts Manage year-end processes. Month-end process management. Maintain visibility of cash flow forecasting. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes. Build financial models for decision making. P&L, balance sheets, variance analysis, and reconciliations. Identify improvement opportunities. Governance and compliance. Ad-hoc duties as and when required. Do you have the knowledge and experience? ACA / ACCA / ACMA / or QBE. Strong management accounting and commercial finance experience. Excel and Xero skills.
