Sales Office Manager
Quickco, Manchester
Basic salary of £35,000, £40,000 OTE plus pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
We’re looking for a Sales Office Manager to lead our busy sales office at Quickco. This is a hands-on role that blends people leadership, commercial focus, and operational oversight. You'll be key in supporting the branch’s success—empowering the team to exceed sales targets, streamline operations, and deliver outstanding service to our trade and retail customers.
You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:
* Drive performance, motivation and collaboration across your sales team to achieve targets and deliver a market-leading customer experience
* Build new accounts, re-engage lapsed customers, and support revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities and building long-term relationships
* Champion customer satisfaction through timely order fulfilment, expert advice, and proactive issue resolution
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, from resource planning and team rota coordination to workflow optimisation and admin support
* Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to invoice, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and speed in every transaction
* Track performance metrics, analyse trends, and report regularly on office activity, team performance, and sales KPIs
* Provide training, mentorship, and growth opportunities for your team, creating a culture of learning, ambition, and accountability
* Stay tuned into the local market, competitor activity, and customer trends, adapting your approach to stay ahead
* Uphold best practices, maintain accurate customer and sales data, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

* Familiarity with trading terms, credit accounts and sales administration processes
