We're looking for a Marketing & Creative Assistant who can bring that same care and creativity to how our brand shows up in the world. Someone who notices the details, has a natural eye for design, and can deliver creative work that feels unmistakably Claude & Co.
This role is all about design, content, and creativity first with some e-commerce and the wider marketing support to help keep our store running smoothly and being noticed. It's perfect for someone with around a year's experience in a creative or marketing role, looking for the chance to get hands-on.
WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO
* Design and creative assets
– You'll curate and create beautiful, on-brand graphics and visuals across email, web, social, video and campaigns. From quick-turnaround assets to polished campaign toolkits, your work will always keep Claude & Co's style front and centre. You need to be really comfortable with designing and executing.
* Content creation
– Shooting and editing short-form videos and stills for socials and website. Bringing ideas to life with edits that feel fresh and scroll-stopping, not just "quick fixes."
* Campaigns and launches
– Helping us bring new products and seasonal campaigns to life, from early brainstorms through to design execution across channels.
* Photoshoots
– Supporting the team with planning and coordination, moodboards, prop sourcing, on-set help, and curating content afterwards with editing and organisation.
* Email marketing
– Assisting with design, build, and scheduling of campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring they catch eyes, do something different and deliver results.
* Content planning
– Helping to coordinate our content calendar, aligning everything with product drops and campaign activity.
* Community engagement
– Supporting in monitoring and engaging in DMs and comments and relationships within social media, always keeping our brand tone and values in mind.
* E-commerce support
– As a secondary part of your role, you'll help keep our Shopify store updated. Uploading and merchandising products. Writing/editing product descriptions with SEO in mind. Checking product imagery and presentation for consistency. Supporting simple updates to collections and content.
WHO WE THINK YOU ARE
* You've probably got 1+ years' experience in a creative marketing (agency or in-house) or you've smashed your degree and you have some industry experience.
* You have a brilliant eye for design and love creating content that's polished, distinctive, and on-brand whilst pushing to new heights and you love chatting through new content ideas from all angles.
* You're confident with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and comfortable editing video in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar. Canva is a tool you can use when needed, we all need fast tools, but you're excited to go much further.
* You're curious and proactive, you like turning ideas into finished work, and you don't shy away from getting hands-on and that's from the admin task all the way up to the website banner video creation.
* You're organised and reliable, comfortable juggling design projects with day-to-day tasks.
* You're happy supporting with e-commerce when needed and ideally familiar with Shopify (and open to learning).
* Above all, you're excited about being part of a small, collaborative team where your creativity really makes an impact and you recognise that. You're willing and able to get stuck into other tasks as they come.
