Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Provide tailored support to students with SEN on a one-to-one or small-group basis.
* Assist in adapting classroom activities to suit different learning abilities.
* Encourage students to engage, participate, and achieve their full potential.
* Support emotional, behavioural, and social development.
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised learning plans.
* Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
What You’ll Need:
* Previous experience working with children or individuals with SEN is desirable.
* A calm, caring, and resilient nature.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A proactive and flexible attitude.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
