Job Description
* Develop and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs in the Renewable sector.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with existing systems.
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce functionalities.
* Provide technical expertise to optimise Salesforce performance and user experience.
* Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
* Stay updated on Salesforce advancements to recommend new features and improvements.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data security and system integrity.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Salesforce Consultant should have :
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Salesforce development and administration tools.
* Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions for the Energy & Natural Resources industry is preferred.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of industry-specific challenges in the Renewable sector.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
