They are now looking for a Trade Counter Sales & Warehouse Operative to join their Rotherham team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to be part of a company that truly values its people. What You’ll Be Doing * Be the friendly face of their busy Trade Counter, helping customers in person and over the phone. * Take and process customer orders, offering accurate and helpful product information. * Assist in the warehouse with picking, packing, and loading customer orders when required. * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace, following company procedures at all times. * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service and smooth daily operations. What You’ll Bring * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Sales experience and the confidence to engage with trade customers. * Knowledge of warehousing processes and manual handling procedures. * Experience or understanding of the construction or roofing industry is advantageous. * A dynamic, motivated attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks. * A forklift licence is desirable (but not essential).
