HR Services Project Manager 1 Year Fixed term contract - Based in the UK The HR Services Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading diverse initiatives within our global Human Resources department. The main responsibility will be to collaborate closely with HR leaders, centers of excellence, and other stakeholders to oversee multiple projects and drive change management efforts as needed. These projects are aimed at streamlining and enhancing our processes, leveraging technology to elevate our capabilities, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and change control documentation. Conduct regular meetings with project teams to provide updates on project status, address challenges, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including HR Business Partners and COEs, to gather requirements and conduct process analysis. Provide process improvement recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the desired impact of global HR projects. Implement and facilitate change management strategies as necessary. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in Human Resources, organizational development, and/or change management within a global organization. Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and project teams. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) preferred. Skills: Experience in developing HR processes and process mapping to enhance the employee experience. Proficiency in documenting and maintaining project plans, risk/issue logs, action item logs, and other project management tools. Analytical skills, including the ability to identify key patterns and trends, derive meaningful insights, and utilize data for informed decision-making. Ability to manage ambiguity and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal guidance, contributing to defining assignment objectives. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on seeking innovative solutions that adapt to evolving business needs and industry trends.
