Legal Counsel - Construction (4-6 PQE) Manchester | Hybrid (2 days in office)

The Role
You will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of construction and infrastructure matters. The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, supporting complex projects, and working closely with key stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on a wide range of construction matters across major projects
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, including standard forms and bespoke agreements
* Supporting the business on risk identification and mitigation
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver practical, solution-oriented advice
About You
* Qualified lawyer with 4-6 years' PQE in construction law
* Strong experience with JCT contracts
* Exposure to PFI/PPP projects (highly desirable)
* Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across a global business
