We're looking for a confident, strategic, and people-focused Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to join our team. What We're Looking For: 10 years of experience in dentistry Proven track record in a similar managerial or leadership role A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to daily operations Strong digital competency, including experience with Invisalign A business degree is desirable but not essential Excellent communication, team development, and problem-solving skills The Role: Oversee and manage two established orthodontic clinics Lead, motivate, and support diverse clinical and admin teams Drive operational efficiency and ensure exceptional patient experiences Manage staffing, rotas, CQC compliance, and performance Work closely with clinicians and senior leadership to meet clinic goals Why Join Us?
