About the role
1. Encourage students to interact with their peers and engage in group work
2. Working 1-1 and in small groups with students with Special Educational Needs
3. Implement and follow EHCP’s and Behaviour plans for the student(s)
4. Prepare materials that will cater to the individual needs of the child

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEND Teaching Assitant you will:
5. •Will have recent experience working with children in similar roles
6. •Be patient and flexible as no day is the same
7. •Have a passion for Mental, Health and wellbeing with the ability to plan and deliver playful, and hands on experiences for children
8. •Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of educational professionals

Salary
£30,000 to £41,333 per year
