The Role:
As a Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for one or more top-tier banking clients.
You’ll be responsible for nurturing strategic partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving engagement across multiple stakeholders.
This role requires a blend of relationship-building, project management, and product advocacy skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted advisor relationships with banking clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
* Project Management: Lead projects from commercial agreement through to delivery, aligning internal and external stakeholders to shared goals and timelines.
* Client Engagement: Present insights and lead discussions in Quarterly Business Reviews, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions.
* Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the platform, supporting client education and internal advocacy, and influencing product development through client feedback.
* Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and developments through events, webinars, and research.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a client-facing or relationship management role within banking, consulting, or financial analytics.
* Strong understanding of financial services (Corporate & Investment Banking, Retail Banking, or Asset Management).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
* Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
