RESPONSIBILITIES
* Take ownership of tasks, promote excellence, and question norms for improvement.
* Work with cross-functional teams on software and hardware interfacing, including new designs and existing interface compliance.
* Supervise less experienced team members, ensuring operational feasibility through analysis, problem-solving, and proposing solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience developing embedded control system software.
* Software development experience, preferably with PLC IEC 61131-3 Ladder Logic or similar.
* Knowledge of coding, software engineering best practices, and database design.
* Proficiency in languages such as Visual Basic, SQL, HTML, CSS.
* Understanding of software architecture, networking, electrical schematics, and version control tools like GIT, DevOps, Jira.
* Ability to produce technical documentation.
* Must obtain BPSS or SC Clearance.
