Greene King is seeking a fantastic people- and service-focused General Manager to take over the lead on a Pub and Grill business that includes a great restaurant, a 21-bedroom hotel, and meeting/wedding venue facilities. This is a rare opportunity to manage a multi-component hospitality operation.
Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day operations for the pub and grill, hotel, and event facilities with a strong emphasis on guest service and operational excellence.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all components.
* Manage staff, recruitment, training, and performance to deliver high standards of hospitality.
* Collaborate with venue teams to coordinate events (meetings and weddings) and ensure seamless execution.
