Role and Location
Position: Comparator Project Manager (onsite)
Location: Bathgate, Scotland, United Kingdom. This is a site-based role and can also be based at Catalent facilities in Nottingham, Dartford or Swindon, England.
The Role
* Manage comparator projects from contract signature to completion, ensuring timelines are planned, tracked, and achieved.
* Lead client and internal meetings to drive project progress and resolve challenges.
* Use Workfront to manage daily project activities and ensure visibility across teams.
* Partner with Finance to reconcile billing and revenue forecasts during month-end close.
* Maintain the global comparator tracker to monitor revenue and margin performance.
* Ensure all team activities comply with SOPs and authorization protocols.
* Oversee timely payment of invoices, resolve disputes, and communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments.
The Candidate
* University degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven experience in project management within a relevant industry.
* Pharmaceutical or clinical trial knowledge is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
* Self-starter with the ability to build relationships across global teams.
