Identify, research, and engage potential customers through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, events, calls)
Run consultative discovery sessions, uncovering customer needs and aligning solutions
Deliver high-quality demos and proposals that communicate Vicinity's value
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close
Maintain a disciplined focus on activity metrics: demos, proposals, and pipeline growth
Collaborate with the CEO to refine sales messaging, materials, and process
Represent Vicinity at relevant industry events and networking opportunities
What You'll Bring
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to SaaS or public sector customers
Experience running the full sales cycle independently
Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort building your own pipeline
A consultative, inquisitive sales approach - you sell by asking great questions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Organised, persistent, and data-driven - you manage your pipeline rigorously
Ambition to grow into a leadership position as the business scales
Why Join Vicinity
Opportunity to shape the sales function of a fast-growing SaaS company
