* Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire
* Start Date: September 2025
* Salary: Starting from £13 per hour
* Contract Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
* Help students engage with the curriculum and develop essential skills.
* Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to track progress and tailor support.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs (preferred but not essential).
* Demonstrates patience, emotional intelligence, and a calm demeanour.
* Is a strong communicator and team player.
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
