The Vacancy Community Based Counselling Service (CBCS) Administrator We are Inspire Inspire is the leading mental health, learning disability, addiction and wellbeing charity across the island of Ireland. We are currently recruiting for a Community Based Counselling Service (CBCS) Administrator, a key role supporting the smooth, effective and professional delivery of our counselling services. About the Role As a CBCS Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the day-to-day operation of our Community Based Counselling Service runs efficiently and professionally. You will: Support the service with confidential administrative duties including data entry, letter production, reports and presentations. Use the Client Management System and MS Office applications to maintain accurate, detailed and professional records. Assist with collating statistical reports, audit information and KPI data. Manage service inboxes, incoming/outgoing communications, referrals and client scheduling. Support distressed clients through appropriate escalation and signposting. Oversee petty cash, invoicing, lodgements and procurement of supplies. Maintain building systems, including health and safety checks, visitor management and room preparation. Coordinate appointments, diaries, events and meetings, including taking accurate minutes. Build strong collaborative relationships with staff, Associate Counsellors, service users and external partners. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will play a vital part in ensuring clients receive timely access to support while contributing to the wider success of the service. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who can bring professionalism, accuracy and compassion to this essential role. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 12 months' experience in an administrative role. Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent). Experience maintaining accurate records using information management systems. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
