Overview
HR Director, Exciting F&B Operation A GBP 130,000 London. This role is London-based, overseeing the HR function across the UK, managing a team of six, and based at Head Office. The opportunity is with a UK hospitality business active in the London restaurant and bar scene, undergoing growth and expansion with 56 restaurants and bars.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the management of all budgets in line with financial procedures and manage the HR budget effectively
* Support new openings, onboarding, structure, and staffing as key priorities
* Manage and resolve all ER issues across the business
* Lead the Head Office HR team and work closely with the Operational team
* Ensure the development, maintenance, and review of efficient HR administration systems that provide a high-quality and compliant service to managers and staff
* Review, adjust, implement, and manage all aspects of remuneration, bonuses, and benefits
* Develop, implement, and communicate effective performance management systems to maximise people potential
* Support the Operations department to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and maintain an optimal working environment
* Demonstrate an understanding of restaurant and kitchen operations, adapting as required to fulfil the role
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an HR Director within the hospitality sector
* A visionary leader who can adapt, innovate, and add real value to the HR department
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and Employment Law
* Experienced in project and change management
* Skilled in leading and developing a team
* Creative thinker, able to work outside the box
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Well-connected within the hospitality industry
