Job Overview We are looking to recruit a knowledgeable and committed individual to become a Business Support Officer working in the Student Services department at All Saints Catholic College. Applicants must have a sound knowledge of an administration role and be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently, and calmly, and be able to work to tight deadlines, having excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact in the school’s Student Services office. Training will be available to enable you to provide first aid support as part of the role. You will provide main reception duties at times and be responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly efficient customer service including dealing with enquiries from staff, students, parents, and external agencies in a courteous and professional manner. This role is 37 hours per week during term time. Monday - Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm. You will also work one additional day at the start of September, to attend whole school training.
