As a Finance Assistant, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase invoices, answer day-to-day queries, complete daily bank reconciliations, and assist the Head of Finance and team members when required. You will work in a busy office environment, which is constantly changing and evolving to deliver the best possible service to our clients.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
1. Raise sales invoices for all completed customer orders, including Project/Time/Product/Contract Invoicing
2. Assist with Direct Debit administration and collections
3. Complete daily bank account reconciliations
4. Maintain accurate client information in our systems
5. Prepare regular account statements and maintain good credit control through client contact
6. Respond promptly to customer queries via email and telephone
7. Assist with month-end processes and financial report preparations
8. Manage the Accounts Inbox
