Your Job
As a Sales Executive, you will make outbound calls to warm leads and work to achieve monthly sales targets. You’ll focus on understanding customers’ needs and helping them choose the best plan.
Main Responsibilities

* Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their healthcare needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Master our range of global healthcare insurance products and navigate regulatory requirements with confidence.

* Use Salesforce to manage your sales pipeline and track progress.

* Maintain accurate records and files to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Knowledge
* Experience in outbound telesales in a fast‑paced environment.
* Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Ability to secure deals and exceed customer expectations.
* Empathy and efficiency in addressing customer needs.
* Clear and persuasive communication, both verbally and in writing.
* Informed decision‑making skills.
* Prioritization and effective workflow management.
* Proficiency with Microsoft applications and general systems.

What We Offer
Shift patterns: Monday–Friday (8 am–4 pm, 9 am–5 pm, 10 am–6 pm, 12 pm–8 pm) with one late shift per week.
