An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded and supportive legal practice. This role offers exposure to a high-quality caseload across a wide range of commercial property matters, in a team-focused yet fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a broad caseload including acquisitions, disposals, sales, leases, banking finance, and asset management.
* Provide clear, practical, and client-focused legal advice.
* Build strong client relationships while delivering a consistently high standard of service.
* Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic property team.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in commercial property (candidates with less experience may also be considered).
* Strong technical skills with the confidence to manage your own caseload.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a busy, high-performing team.
