Job Role: Call Handler
Our call handlers are responsible for answering incoming telephone queries from a wide variety of callers such as clients, IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors), investors, and other financial institutions. You will handle account servicing questions over the phone and take appropriate actions, such as requesting investigations, providing portfolio valuations, or updating customer account details.
Within this role, you will gain understanding of processes and procedures across various areas of the business and develop knowledge of different investment products such as ISAs, Unit Trusts, Investment Trusts, and OEICs.
We provide comprehensive training, which can last up to 12 weeks, combining classroom-based and on-the-phone training to support your success in this role.
Ideal Candidate
We value customer service experience highly, whether gained in face-to-face settings or over the phone, such as in bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, or cinemas.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have customer service experience, either face-to-face or over the phone
* Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to respond to complex queries
* Be organized and able to work independently when needed
* Have basic computer skills
* Show empathy towards clients' needs
* Have a keen interest in building a career in financial services
