Stakeholder Influence & Enterprise Partnerships

• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, law enforcement, and city officials to advance security priorities and mitigate risk.

• Act as the field leader for major security projects and technology deployments, ensuring training, validation, and accountability.

Financial & Operational Accountability

• Own and manage controllable expense budgets across sites, including shrink, liability, payroll, and security spend.

• Deliver trend analysis and reporting to support regional financial performance and loss-prevention initiatives.

• Review and validate critical operational processes impacting inventory accuracy and in-stock performance.

Data-Driven Strategy & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze shrink and security data to identify trends, root causes, and emerging risk exposure.

• Partner with site leadership to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement plans.

• Leverage analytics to strengthen asset protection strategies and operational efficiency.
