Responsibilities of the Control Systems Engineer Develop and program control systems for specialised machinery. Conduct design studies, reviews, and prepare specifications for unique applications. Complete Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation. Support engineering queries and resolve manufacturing quality issues. Perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites worldwide. Travel internationally approximately 4-5 times per year for project support and site visits. Requirements of the Control Systems Engineer Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens S7, Rockwell ControlLogix). Knowledge of motion control and servo drive applications. Experience with safety PLC design and implementation. Familiarity with languages such as Python, C, or JavaScript is advantageous.
