Overview
We are seeking highly organised and motivated Mechanical Project Engineer to join our proactive and innovative team. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience, seniority, etc. The contract is deemed outside of IR35 for Sub-contract labour.
The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to our client and will be expected to be proactive and self-motivated in delivering the targeted outputs to support the product.
The Manufacturing Project Engineer will report directly to the Product Delivery Leader (PDL) and their role will involve them to be based at our Client site. Working within the ME team in our Auto Business Unit, successful candidates will join our experienced team, with whom you will work on varied projects in high-tech and future-oriented industries taking on exciting and responsible tasks according to your skills and knowledge, thus expanding your existing know-how.
Responsibilities
1. Responsibility for all mechanical building services including developing refurbishment strategies, obsolescence management, efficiency improvements, technical support to maintenance and legal compliance.
2. Carry out engineering evaluation on plant loading and capacity from mechanical service aspect for compressed air, LPHW, gas, HVAC and water systems.
