Adjacency are delighted to be retained on an exciting Paralegal opportunity for a full-service law firm, with offices across the Southwest.
Based in Cheltenham, the successful candidate will be working within a proactive, friendly, award-winning, established team supporting on a variety of tasks, including legal research, drafting documents, and managing case files.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Workload Management: Conducting legal research and gather relevant information. Draft legal documents, including contracts and correspondence.
* Client Management: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by meeting clients and understanding their needs. Be able to adjust approach, communication, and expectations when dealing with clients.
* Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge to enhance the skills of others. Learn from others through the work environment and formal learning.
* Collaboration: Develop efficiency when working with others, managing relationships, and connecting with people. Approach all tasks with confidence and a positive approach
* Business Development: Act as a brand ambassador for the firm and their clients. Participate in pitches, proposals, events, networking opportunities etc.
To be considered for this opportunity we would expect you to have a bachelor’s degree in law or related field and have relevant experience as a paralegal or in a similar role in a legal environment, (at least 12 months). You will also be proficient in legal research tools and software and have a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
