Their portfolio includes Social Housing, Schools, Libraries, Hospitals, and wider public sector frameworks, alongside MTC (Measured Term Contracts) work. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their M&E and Small Works Division based in Bolton. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-paced and supportive commercial team. You will work across a variety of frameworks, managing the financial and contractual aspects of multiple small works and M&E-related projects. You will collaborate closely with the Commercial Director, Divisional Director, Commercial Manager, and wider team including a Trainee QS.
