Key Responsibilities
* Drive and improve departmental KPIs including productivity, quality, service, yield, and waste.
* Train, motivate, and support the production team to meet daily targets and standards.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
* Enforce company policies and maintain discipline within the team.
* Conduct professional Return to Work interviews in line with our Absence Management Policy.
* Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
