Contract supervisor - East

Location - Central East - Scotland

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Your new role

What you'll do:

1. Weekly communication with the team
2. Monthly Toolbox Talks
3. Working closely with engineers to help make the stations compliant & Site inspections
4. Making sure they are on track to deliver PPMs within the month.
5. Compile weekly time sheets monitoring productivity.
6. Help to address any site issues.
7. Sense checking of reports from engineers
8. Working with subcontractors to ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently.
9. Reviewing RAMS where applicable
10. Quotes for reactive and remedial works

What you'll need:

11. Previous experience in a similar role.
12. /IOSH preferred but not essential.
13. TrainingNEBOSH/experience of working within the CDM Regulations
14. Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
15. Recored but not essential.
16. Able to prepare work estimates.
17. Ability to operate effective IT systems.

Who we’re looking for:

To work as part of a flexible team with continuing responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high quality hard FM service across the UHND site. The post holder will have a designated core skill, ., Electrician and will ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to approved statutory standards. The post holder will be responsible for technical fault finding, diagnosis, testing, and repair on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment,. electrical distribution, lighting, fire detection, building control and automation and standby generator plant.
