Community Justice Planning, Performance and Information Officer

£33, - £35, / £18.15 - £19.55 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated candidate to support Orkney’s Community Justice Infrastructure and co-ordinate local partnership working in relation to Community Justice.
The successful candidate will work closely with Community Justice Partners, including Local Authority, Health, Police, Courts, Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service, Scottish Prison Service and Third Sector organisations at local and national level, and will have professional supervision from the Public Protection Service Manager.
The successful candidate will be educated to SCQF Level 8 or equivalent in an appropriate subject, or where this is not held have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Experience of working in the public or third sector, a knowledge of Community Justice Issues and experience in collaborative working, and performance management, monitoring and reporting are also essential.
You should be able to travel efficiently and effectively between work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
