About the role Lead SEN provision across a vibrant, inclusive school community. Flexible working pattern - full-time or part-time considered for the right candidate. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of SEND across the school, ensuring statutory requirements are met. Manage EHCPs, interventions, and provision mapping. Support, advise, and coach teaching staff to deliver high-quality inclusive practice. Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies. Teach part-time within the school, maintaining a direct connection with classroom practice. Candidate requirements NASENCO qualification is essential. Minimum of one year's experience as a SENCO in a mainstream school. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
