We are looking for a caring, patient individual who has great people skills to support a lady with a learning disability and ASD.
Duties will include acting as a mentor, support independence, support to maintain social connections, engage in regular social and leisure activities in the local community and maintaining a routine.
A driver with a full clean licence is required.
Access to own vehicle preferable.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
This is a part time position for 15 hours per week with potential to increase and an hourly rate of £12.21 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme. In addition, expenses and mileage also paid.
