Working with data in software such as Microsoft Excel (desired). Responsibilities: Assist in the development and day-to-day administration of the Proclaim case management system. Work with our Development Manager and other developers to ensure efficient integration of system improvements. Develop and modify the Proclaim case management system based on business needs using coding and developer tools. Provide daily support to users of the Proclaim system with any issues that arise. Collaborate with the IT and Operations departments to ensure smooth operation of the system. Document planned and completed work clearly. Perform maintenance tasks outside of core hours when required, demonstrating flexibility as needed.
