Recruitment Administrator

We are looking for a sharp, organised, and people-savvy Recruitment Administrator to join our busy Resourcing team. This is your chance to be at the heart of our talent operation — handling everything from interview coordination and referencing to job postings and compliance — in a role that really matters.

What You'll Be Doing

* Support and driver recruitment, Coordinate interviews, assessment days, and testing — keeping candidates and managers in sync from start to offer.
* Own the Admin, Update trackers, post adverts across job boards and ATS, manage documentation, and keep records accurate and compliant.
* Handle Referencing, Chase candidates, conduct and verify right-to-work checks, manage DBS checks, ensure required documents are validated and filed in compliance.
* Support Agency Workers, Liaise with agencies, Process ID cards, and keep everything ticking on the agency workforce.

What You’ll bring to the table

We’re looking for someone who is sharp, organised, and people-savvy. You will have:

* Experience in a recruitment or HR administration role
* A proven ability to juggle high volumes of work without dropping the ball
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ATS/HRIS systems
* Meticulous attention to detail — accuracy is everything in this role
* A confident, professional communicator — written and verbal
* Someone who can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and stay calm in the chaos
* A degree (or equivalent) preferred; HR qualification (e.g. CPP) is a bonus
* Additional languages are an advantage
