Due to an internal promotion, our client is seeking a passionate, values-driven Responsible Individual (RI) to join their Senior Leadership Team. This role will oversee just four homes, all located on the same 3.5-acre site within a therapeutic community—no travel required between homes. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of children’s services, lead and mentor a team of exceptional Registered Managers, and ensure the continued delivery of Outstanding care. About the Role As the Responsible Individual, you will: * Provide strong leadership across the homes, ensuring every child receives the highest standards of care and support. * Be accountable for quality, safeguarding, and compliance in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and the updated Ofsted SCIFF (2023/24). * Inspire, coach, lead, and support Registered Managers to consistently achieve ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ outcomes. * Champion the voice of children and young people, ensuring their rights and experiences are central to all decisions. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll be visible in the homes daily, known by teams and children, and recognised by inspectors as a leader who knows their homes and children inside out.
