Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join a growing and well-established engineering business operating across the Dorset and Hampshire area.
This role offers a structured workload, a defined regional patch, and strong earning potential with overtime and call-out opportunities.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
1. Carrying out planned maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs on passenger and goods lifts
2. Attending breakdowns and performing fault-finding across a variety of manufacturers and control systems
3. Ensuring all work meets current industry standards and safety regulations
4. Managing your own service route efficiently
5. Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
Requirements
6. NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (essential)
7. Proven experience in lift servicing and maintenance
8. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
9. Good knowledge of LOLER and BS EN standards
10. Full UK driving licence
11. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
12. Able to provide references

Call-Out & Overtime
16. 1 in 4 call-out rota
17. £300 weekly standby payment
