Locum Consultant in Gynae (Menstrual Dysfunction & Ambulatory Gynae)

Applications are invited for the post of Locum Consultant in Gynaecology with a special interest in Menstrual Dysfunction and Ambulatory Gynaecology. This post is available to commence as soon as possible for 12 months.
Main duties of the job
You will be fully registered with the GMC and ideally have a CCT in Obstetrics and Gynaecology or be within six months of award of CCT at the time of interview. This post is designed to provide high-quality clinical care to patients presenting with problems relating to Gynaecology as part of a team of Consultants. The key role of this post is the provision and development of outpatient/ambulatory gynaecology service. The aim is to provide a high quality one stop ambulatory gynaecology service. Applications are welcomed from those unable to work full time for personal reasons or those wishing to job-share.
About us
The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC's Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
