Eligibility and requirements:
You are not eligible if you have recent unsuccessful applications, vetting failures, criminal convictions, or certain personal circumstances like bankruptcy or offensive tattoos. You must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have the right to work there.
What you’ll bring:
No prior policing experience needed. Key qualities include strong communication, good judgment, empathy, resilience, and trust-building skills. Full training and career progression opportunities are provided.

Apply online, complete a Situational Judgement Test, and attend a Q&A session. The campaign is for new recruits only. Successful candidates will be in a 12-month pool for future opportunities.
