Electrical Supervisor
We deliver projects ranging from office fit-outs and retail refurbishments to large-scale industrial upgrades. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day electrical operations on commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You will manage electricians and subcontractors on-site, coordinate with project managers, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams on commercial sites.
*
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with BS7671 and company procedures.
*
Liaise with clients, site managers, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure all health & safety standards are met.
*
Carry out quality inspections and testing of completed installations.
*
Manage materials, resources, and site documentation efficiently.
*
Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines.
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
*
ECS / JIB Gold Card (Supervisor or Electrician).
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
*
Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent) preferred.
*
Proven experience supervising electrical works in a commercial environment.
*
Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance standards.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*
Full UK driving licence.
